丁基防水嵌縫膠現(xiàn)狀目前用于汽車風擋的主流丁基防水嵌縫膠包括聚氨醋、硅酮、聚硫、UV固化膠、環(huán)氧樹脂丁基防水嵌縫膠。經(jīng)調(diào)研，全球有超過90%的車輛采用單組分聚氨醋丁基防水嵌縫膠，實現(xiàn)擋風玻璃、后玻璃與車身的茹合。聚氨醋膠憑借其抗沖擊性、寬溫域穩(wěn)定性、環(huán)境耐久性及工藝靈活性，成為低空飛行器擋風玻璃的茹結(jié)與防護首選核心材料。保證聚氨醋膠在低空飛行器中的可靠性與耐久性成為關(guān)鍵難題。本研究根據(jù)低空特有的工況環(huán)境，通過調(diào)研、分析現(xiàn)有市場低空飛行器用丁基防水嵌縫膠的應用狀況，以聚氨醋丁基防水嵌縫膠為研究對象，結(jié)合不同基材間的適配性和多種老化試驗的研究結(jié)果構(gòu)建低空環(huán)境下面向駕駛艙擋風玻璃及客艙舷窗的丁基防水嵌縫膠性能評價體系，為后期低空飛行器用丁基防水嵌縫膠的產(chǎn)品標準的制定奠定基礎(chǔ)。
當前，國內(nèi)外針對聚氨醋丁基防水嵌縫膠的性能評價標準主要建立在建筑、汽車等傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域的靜態(tài)或單一環(huán)境負荷基礎(chǔ)上，其在應對低空飛行器獨特工況時存在顯著局限性�，F(xiàn)有標準體系難以有效模擬頻繁起降帶來的高頻振動、快速溫變循環(huán)，以及強紫外線輻射等多場景的嚴酷環(huán)境，導致其評價結(jié)果與低空飛行器實際動態(tài)服役性能之間存在較大偏差。本研究通過對國內(nèi)相關(guān)標準的對比分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，現(xiàn)有標準體系普遍關(guān)注丁基防水嵌縫膠的基礎(chǔ)物理性能及基本耐久性。
其中汽車領(lǐng)域標準對環(huán)境老化要求較為全面，鐵路標準與航天標準則分別側(cè)重剪切強度和基礎(chǔ)力學性能。然而，這些標準均未系統(tǒng)涵蓋低空飛行器面臨的高頻振動、快速溫變循環(huán)等工況，且在多材質(zhì)(如碳纖維一有機玻璃)界面茹結(jié)可靠性方面存在評價空白，難以滿足低空飛行器對動態(tài)環(huán)境適應性的特殊需求。http://www.mychangxin.com/
