多基材界面戮結(jié)試驗研究
基材的多元化與輕量化趨勢，對結(jié)構(gòu)連接環(huán)節(jié)的可靠性提出了更高要求。低空飛行器面臨的復(fù)雜振動、溫差與氣象條件，使得MS密封膠的茹接性能至關(guān)重要。其在不同輕質(zhì)基材上的附著強度，直接關(guān)系到整體的氣動完整性、密封性與使用壽命。剪切強度測試是評價MS密封膠性能不可或缺的核心環(huán)節(jié)，可定量表征茹結(jié)接口抵抗面內(nèi)剪切載荷的能力。該測試直接模擬了結(jié)構(gòu)在真實工況下面臨的關(guān)鍵受力形式，其結(jié)果直接關(guān)乎連接的可靠性與耐久性，是材料篩選與質(zhì)量控制的必備力學(xué)指標(biāo)。因此，選用MS密封膠在有機玻璃，鋁合金，不銹鋼，玻璃鋼，碳纖維和噴漆鋁板這6種典型材料上的剪切性能開展測試，為實際應(yīng)用提供關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)支撐。同基材間的適配性和多種老化試驗的研究結(jié)果構(gòu)建低空環(huán)境下面向駕駛艙擋風(fēng)玻璃及客艙舷窗的MS密封膠性能評價體系，為后期低空飛行器用MS密封膠的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定奠定基礎(chǔ)。
相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中性能參數(shù)梳理
當(dāng)前，國內(nèi)外針對聚氨醋MS密封膠的性能評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要建立在建筑、汽車等傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域的靜態(tài)或單一環(huán)境負荷基礎(chǔ)上，其在應(yīng)對低空飛行器獨特工況時存在顯著局限性�，F(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系難以有效模擬頻繁起降帶來的高頻振動、快速溫變循環(huán)，以及強紫外線輻射等多場景的嚴(yán)酷環(huán)境，導(dǎo)致其評價結(jié)果與低空飛行器實際動態(tài)服役性能之間存在較大偏差。本研究通過對國內(nèi)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的對比分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系普遍關(guān)注MS密封膠的基礎(chǔ)物理性能及基本耐久性。http://www.mychangxin.com/
