紫外輻射是低空飛行器面臨的最具侵蝕性的環(huán)境因素之一。本試驗(yàn)通過設(shè)定一定的紫外老化周期,評估該輻射條件對MS密封膠化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)與力學(xué)性能的退化影響,為驗(yàn)證其在真實(shí)日照環(huán)境下的長期耐久性提供關(guān)鍵依據(jù)。
紫外老化試驗(yàn)參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ASTM G 154-12a《非金屬材料熒光紫外暴露設(shè)備的操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》和ASTM6151-1以利用試驗(yàn)室光源的加速試驗(yàn)裝置中非金屬材料曝光的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施規(guī)程》進(jìn)行,在光源為UV-A(340 nm),輻照度為0.76 W/m2,60℃干燥(光照)的條件下進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)周期為500,1 000 h的兩組試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)后數(shù)據(jù)顯示3個(gè)關(guān)鍵現(xiàn)象:①經(jīng)1 000 h紫外老化后,部分MS密封膠在鋁合金上的強(qiáng)度從0.01 MPa提升至5.00 MPa,底涂處理可使部分MS密封膠抗紫外能力產(chǎn)生質(zhì)的飛躍;②基材類型顯著影響老化效果,玻璃鋼和噴漆鋁板表現(xiàn)最優(yōu),玻璃基材強(qiáng)度普遍偏低;③性能衰減存在選擇性,個(gè)別MS密封膠在1 000 h老化后于噴漆鋁板上出現(xiàn)強(qiáng)度明顯下降,而在其他基材上仍能保持相對穩(wěn)定。
高低溫循環(huán)試驗(yàn)
在執(zhí)行任務(wù)過程中,低空飛行器會經(jīng)歷頻繁的起降與高度變化,導(dǎo)致其結(jié)構(gòu)部件在短時(shí)間內(nèi)承受劇烈的環(huán)境溫度交變。因此,通過試驗(yàn)評估MS密封膠體系在模擬真實(shí)工況下的熱穩(wěn)定性界面耐久性與長期服役可靠性至關(guān)重要,是驗(yàn)證其能否滿足低空飛行器全天候應(yīng)用要求的核心環(huán)節(jié)。
按照Q/C 8491.1-2016《機(jī)車車輛用膠粘劑第1部分:硅烷改性聚合物》進(jìn)行高低溫循環(huán)交變老化試驗(yàn)。循環(huán)交變試驗(yàn)周期為:在溫度80 ℃、相對濕度95%下放置4h,2h內(nèi)冷卻到一40 ℃。在一40 ℃下放置4h,2h內(nèi)升溫到80 ℃、相對濕度95%。試驗(yàn)周期分別為30 d,60 d。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件下放置24 h,按GB/T 7124-2008《膠粘劑拉伸剪切強(qiáng)度的測定(剛性材料對剛性材料)》進(jìn)行測試,加載速度為5 mm/minx。
測試結(jié)果清晰地揭示了底涂處理與基材類型對膠接性能的共同影響。在無底涂條件下,多數(shù)MS密封膠一基材組合因無法抵抗熱循環(huán)產(chǎn)生的界面應(yīng)力而完全失效,尤其在鋁合金、不銹鋼等金屬基材上表現(xiàn)最為著。底涂劑的引人增強(qiáng)了界面化學(xué)鍵合,使MS密封膠性能得到系統(tǒng)性恢復(fù),剪切強(qiáng)度得到普遍提升,充分證明了底涂是保證茹結(jié)接口熱穩(wěn)定性的必備工藝。
由此得出3個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素:優(yōu)質(zhì)的MS密封膠本體耐熱性、與之完美匹配的底涂劑體系,以及合理的基材熱膨脹系數(shù)匹配設(shè)計(jì)。這三者的協(xié)同作用,構(gòu)成了低空飛行器膠接結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性的根本保障。http://www.mychangxin.com/
