低空飛行器在起降與巡航階段持續(xù)承受來自動力系統(tǒng)與大氣擾動的寬頻振動載荷,這種交變應力會向茹結接口傳遞顯著的疲勞能量。在持續(xù)振動條件下,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠內部會因交變應力產生微裂紋并逐漸擴展;同時由于硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠與被茹基材之間的模量差異,在界面處會產生顯著的剪切應力集中,最終導致界面脫茹或膠層內聚破壞。此外,高頻振動引發(fā)的滯后熱效應會使膠層局部溫度升高,不僅加速硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠分子的熱氧老化進程,還可能引起膠層軟化,進一步降低其動態(tài)承載能力。
疲勞老化按GB/T 27595-2011《硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠結構硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠拉伸剪切疲勞性能的試驗方法》測試,在溫度23 ℃士2 ℃及相對濕度50%士5%條件下進行。以20 Hz的頻率和相應的應力幅對不同樣件進行循環(huán)疲勞試驗,經100萬次疲勞循環(huán)后取出試驗件。試驗結束后,在標準條件下放置24 h,按GB/T 7124-2008《硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠拉伸剪切強度的測定(剛性材料對剛性材料)》進行測試,加載速度為5 mm/minx。
根據(jù)疲勞試驗結果,不同基材對茹結接口動態(tài)性能的影響呈現(xiàn)出顯著規(guī)律。在高剛度基材上,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠性能得到充分發(fā)揮,其中鋁合金、不銹鋼、噴漆鋁板與碳纖維表現(xiàn)最佳,剪切強度普遍維持在3.5 MPa以上。這類基材能為膠層提供穩(wěn)定的支撐骨架,有效抑制振動過程中的應力集中;相比之下,有機玻璃基材的強度值出現(xiàn)了明顯下跌,這主要歸因于其固有的脆性特質與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠間巨大的熱膨脹系數(shù)差異。
因此,在振動載荷作用下,基材的剛度特性及其與硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的模量匹配度是決定茹結動態(tài)性能的關鍵因素。這一規(guī)律為低空飛行器結構設計提供了明確指導:主承力膠接部位應優(yōu)先選擇高剛度金屬基材或玻璃鋼等復合材料,避免在玻璃等脆性材料上安排重要的動態(tài)承載連接。http://www.mychangxin.com/
