基于上述原則，構(gòu)建“工藝一檢測(cè)一性能一耐久”四維評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，涵蓋涂覆工藝、外觀檢測(cè)、材料核心性能及長(zhǎng)期服役可靠性四大維度，同時(shí)確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重。結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)際需求，初步確定一級(jí)指標(biāo)權(quán)重為:工藝評(píng)價(jià)20%、檢測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)20%、核心性能35% ,耐久評(píng)價(jià)25 %。二級(jí)指標(biāo)權(quán)重根據(jù)其對(duì)一級(jí)指標(biāo)的影響程度分配，如核心性能中界面茹結(jié)性能權(quán)重占比40%，工藝評(píng)價(jià)中涂膠均勻性權(quán)重占比40%。評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)劃分為優(yōu)秀、良好、合格、不合格4級(jí)，總分100分，85分及以上為優(yōu)秀，7084分為良好，6069分為合格，60分以下為不合格。通過加權(quán)求和計(jì)算綜合得分，其中各指標(biāo)得分根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)值與目標(biāo)值的契合度確定，如缺陷識(shí)別準(zhǔn)確率98%得滿分，每降低1%扣2分。
