MS密封膠的研究進(jìn)展研究了PU預(yù)聚體對聚氨醋涂料性能的影響，在PU預(yù)聚體合成過程中，通過NCO與OH的摩爾比的改變。大量實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)化丙烯二醇在鏈段結(jié)構(gòu)方面也相同，因此相容性也比較好，在表面就不會析出，同時(shí)也不會對基材造成污染;MS密封膠的綜合性能達(dá)到最佳的條件是，MS聚合物1和MS聚合物2復(fù)配比例為80:20時(shí);MS密封膠的機(jī)械性能要有一定程度地提高，可以通過對納米碳酸鈣進(jìn)行表面處理，這樣會與MS聚合物有更好的親和性，其表面會具有反應(yīng)活性，同時(shí)也能夠降低成本。在制備透明型單組分的MS密封膠過程中，以100份的端硅烷基聚醚預(yù)聚體、17份的氣相法白炭黑、25份的DOP,3份的抗下垂劑、適當(dāng)劑量的助劑以及0.5一1份的催化劑作為原材料。該MS密封膠的抗形變位移能力很高，具有良好的耐候性，同時(shí)還具備優(yōu)良的涂飾性、黍占結(jié)性，對環(huán)境友好，沾污性低，而且2mm厚膠片的透光率可高達(dá)86%，其透明性良好。先在以氯化鐵等金屬氯化物作為催化劑的條件下，使用乙酞氯取代甲氧基，從而制備出甲基二甲氧基氯硅烷，然后再以有機(jī)錫等金屬有機(jī)物作為催化劑的條件下，讓甲基二甲氧基氯硅烷再與聚醚發(fā)生反應(yīng)。該方法在工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的過程中操作簡便易行，制得的MS密封膠具有穩(wěn)定的薪度、較高的透明度、良好的穩(wěn)定性、較高的純度等特性，且制作的成本相對較低。據(jù)表明，在制備PU預(yù)聚體的過程中，NCO與OH比值越高，越有利于PU預(yù)聚體拉伸強(qiáng)度、楊氏模量和硬度的提高，當(dāng)NCO與OH比值降低時(shí)，PU預(yù)聚體伸長率的提高越明顯。當(dāng)NCO與OH比值固定不動時(shí)，當(dāng)多元醇輕基含量的增加時(shí)，PU預(yù)聚體的拉伸強(qiáng)度隨之而增加。此外，當(dāng)輕基含量的減少時(shí)，聚氨醋的伸長率隨之而增加。制備了一種MS密封膠，屬于單組分環(huán)保型，原料采用的是有機(jī)硅改性聚醚樹脂、聚氧化丙烯二醇，另外還填加填料、硅烷偶聯(lián)劑和催化劑等。使用聚氧化丙烯二醇作為環(huán)保型增塑劑，由于聚氧化丙烯二醇具有良好的穩(wěn)定性，無毒無味，而且MS聚合物與聚氧。www.mychangxin.com/
