分別取用120號汽油與壬烷作為溶劑,按照相同組分配比,制備兩組HM301刷涂型丁基防水嵌縫膠試樣:①硫化型丁基防水嵌縫膠A(120號汽油溶劑)、②硫化型丁基防水嵌縫膠B(壬烷溶劑)。通過掃描電鏡一能譜分析(SEM-EDS)、紅外光譜(FTIR)、核磁譜圖分析(NMR)、熱失重等表征手段,判定兩組試樣在硫化后,微觀形貌與元素成分有無差異,從而判斷壬烷溶劑是否與丁基防水嵌縫膠發(fā)生其他化學(xué)反應(yīng)、是否有揮發(fā)殘留。綜合各類表征手段,得出組分分析結(jié)果。綜上分析,120號汽油溶劑組與壬烷溶劑組在硫化后,可得出以下結(jié)論:
1)兩組丁基防水嵌縫膠樣品均未檢測出殘留溶劑,溶劑揮發(fā)充分。
2)兩組丁基防水嵌縫膠樣品的成分上相同。
3)兩組丁基防水嵌縫膠樣品的微觀形貌相同。
4)兩組丁基防水嵌縫膠樣品的熱失重曲線相同。
材料腐蝕性測試
依據(jù)HB5273-1993《室溫硫化丁基防水嵌縫膠腐蝕性試驗方法》、HB20542-2018《航空用高閃點溶劑型清洗劑規(guī)范》,對壬烷進(jìn)行全浸腐蝕、有機玻璃腐蝕、復(fù)合材料腐蝕等19項腐蝕性測試,均滿足技術(shù)要求。選取了ZL116材料、SA90材料、2D70材料、7B04材料、2B06材料幾種零件進(jìn)行刷膠測試,涂膠質(zhì)量均符合預(yù)期。主要指標(biāo)達(dá)標(biāo)情況見表80本項目基于《HM301室溫硫化耐高溫有機硅丁基防水嵌縫膠使用工藝要求》,綜合分析溶解性、揮發(fā)速率、阻燃性、實物質(zhì)量、安全生產(chǎn)等因素,確定了壬烷作為新型溶劑替代120號汽油配制刷涂型HM301丁基防水嵌縫膠的可行性與可靠性。通過實際生產(chǎn)中不同材料的刷涂測試,驗證了壬烷溶劑的工藝有效性,解決了120號汽油閃點低、易燃易爆的問題。http://www.mychangxin.com/
