單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣類型有4種，分別是拉伸單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣、邵A硬度單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣、膠條剝離單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣以及剪切疲勞單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣。
(1)拉伸單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣:依據(jù)cB/T s2s-2oo9《硫化橡膠或熱塑性橡膠拉伸應力應變性能的測定》橡膠拉伸啞鈴型2型尺寸，厚度要求(2士0.2 ) mm。將液態(tài)密封膠用模具板刮壓成厚2 mm的膠層，表面光滑平整，放在(溫/濕度:23 ℃/s0%RH)環(huán)境下固化7 d。
(2)邵A硬度單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣:直徑>20 mm，厚2 mm，測試時疊加厚度>6 mm。將液態(tài)密封膠用模具板刮壓成厚2 mm的膠層，表面光滑平整，放在(溫/濕度:23℃/50%RH)環(huán)境下固化7 d。
(3)膠條剝離單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣:膠條長約120 mm，寬1012mm,膠條高度s mm�；�:陽極氧化鋁合金、環(huán)氧底漆碳鋼，基材表面處理方法具體如表1所示。將密封膠在不同的基材表面打成膠條的形狀，表面加以修飾，使尺寸符合要求，膠層示意圖如圖1所示;為驗證單組分聚氨酯密封膠在極端條件下的粘附和密封性能，單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣選擇分別在2種不同的環(huán)境條件下進行制備并持續(xù)固化7d，直至固化完全，然后進行對比測試;(制備及固化環(huán)境條件分別為條件1:溫/濕度s ℃/20%RH;條件2:溫/濕度2℃/s0%RH)。
(4)剪切疲勞單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣:拉伸剪切搭接式樣件，膠層尺寸:12.5 mmx25 mmx3 mm剪切疲勞單組分聚氨酯密封膠試樣一側(cè)基材:陽極氧化鋁合金，另一側(cè)基材:環(huán)氧底漆碳鋼，基材表面處理方法具體如表所示。
先對2種基材表面進行處理，完成后在基材表面施膠，并利用工裝控制剪切樣件尺寸及膠層厚度，用燕尾夾進行夾持固定，放在(溫棍度:23 ℃/50%RH)環(huán)境下固化7d直至完全固化，詳見示意圖如圖2所示。http://www.mychangxin.com/
